Excellent food. Staff and service are very good. Very relaxing location overlooking the water and at night I can imagine perfect for the fountain display.

The food is tasteless The chef, as i assume never tried real Italian food This guy uses processed cream cheese and cheddar cheese in Italian food!!The restaurant was really hot i was dripping sweat.I’m giving 1 star for the nice waitress.If you love Italian food save your money and go somewhere else

Great pizza but very unprofessional customer service, I order bundle from Carriage (which has even worse customer service) and received only a pizza so deal that I never got was more expensive than a regular order.

I Don’t know where to start from: first of all lets say the truth pizza was good I ordered truffle pizza You can try it..our order took too long 30 to 35 mins to receive our order !! Complementary bread came after 45 mins although we called the staff several times to get us the bread but all of they were sort of ignoring us first time to hear starter comes after main course!!! And it wasn’t so great..plain bread!No staff outside taking care of the customers !!!Really ? Only few 2 or 3 and they are useless and all the other staff are inside doing nothing chitchat only!! Everything takes forever in this restaurant. I asked for the manager to complain.. he appeared after 1 hr I don’t know where was he..I do not recommend this restaurant try to find another italian restaurants instead.

Today 3rd Jan 2020 entered the place at 3 15 pm with my kids and left 3 50 pm. Thank you for the free bread. Had to walk out as what I ordered as soon as I entered never showed up on my table and despite asking about my order multiple times the answer was always "it's on its way" until I walked to the guy who makes the pizza and asked him directly about my order and he replied we still didnt start making it. When your business is in downtown and you are surrounded by other restaurants u must step up ur game and yout customer service or ull risk losing customers and hurt your business. The delivery guy, he call the Filipino from the restaurant. I had a complain before and they say, in your next order you wil get the desert Free. Now when i order again. They told i had to Pay. Very bad experience. The first driver delivered only half the order, after one hour the second driver delivered the rest. To make it worst the beverages where room temperature, which is hot in Dubai.

To be fair, there is probably no great Pizza in Dubai. Pizzaro makes the usual bland flatbread carrier for non orthodox toppings. In case you order a real pizza Margherita what you will eat is not impressive. The dough is not fermented for long and does not develop flavour. The establishment does not even carry anchovies so if you like that traditional pizza type you will be left wondering what these people know about Italia food. Other reviews most likely come from bots and people who don't know their food. Sorry. This does not cut it.

2hours waiting for delivery and they didn't even deliver the food,after calling an absolutely inadequate manager picks up the phone and talks nonsense with lame apologies.Asked to cancel the order and they can't even do that because money already paid.Completely unprofessional and incompetent personal with an ok food far from being something tasty.

The worst restaurant ever. We went to the Ramadan iftar offer and found that this is a trap. You can order only one main course at a time and when you finish it , you can get the other. The time difference for preparing the orders is almost 30 min between each orde. So, if you want to get four or five you will have to wait till forever. The place is not really good or clean and the stuff are soooo stressed.The funny part is , they served the drinks( part of the Ramadan iftar time ) after we felt boring from the late serving ( as they was hiding it so we will forget) . If you have entertainer, they might ask you to leave early . During ten years in Dubai this is the worst place. I do not recommend at all. I was fuming

I order through entertainer app around 10pm called the restaurant around 10:50 and told me that the driver is on his way I called them at 11:20 they let me on hold.. called them again around 11:30 and they told me sorry the driver didn’t come yet and we don’t know how long will it take after speaking to the manager she said I will get back to you and after couple of minutes she said it needs 15 mins. Not recommended at all

I am very surprised towards the bad service I have faced moreover the staffs are very rude , unprofessional and should be in some other place not to communicate with people.Bad bad bad services in addition the place is very dirty I don’t recommend your restaurant to anyone

Delicious pizza , friendly environment , quick efficient service at very reasonable prices.

Terrible service today, not sure what happened they used to be good! Went in at 4 pm, nobody greeted us, had to go inside ask if they were open. Asked to sit outside but was told told they can't serve us outside although there were customers outside.The staff were shouting at each other inside we could barely have a conversation. The cherry on top is when they brought a huge oven from outside and tried to maneuver it around our table (see photo)! The only positive thing was that the food was decent.

Great Italian restaurant with delicious dishes which use fresh ingredients.Definitely recommended the seafood pasta 🦑🦐🦀 and seafood pizza 🍕 and Tiramisu as a desert 🍰

Very bad experience ordering delivery from this restaurant. My first order was supposed to take only 30 minutes but it took over one hour. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and ordered a second time. 20 minutes later after I’m anxiously waiting (as they say 30 min delivery) they cancelled my order.Based on other reviews eating in is just as bad.

Loved that Picollo Pollo pizza. A taste you don't find it anywhere. 3 meat pizza was also very delicious
